Workshops/Intensives/Immersions (SESSIONS) Directions to all locations are at the end (scroll down) (all locations are within 45 minutes of each other)

These delightful extended times together take us deeper into the practice. They are designed for all certification students, 200, (300) 500, and Yoga Therapy Certification; but they are accessible and open to all yoga students of all levels, ages, and traditions.

Bring a yoga mat, water, snack, and come join the day-long happiness.

All delightful extended times together include rest periods, meditation, asana practice, dialogue and support/communication intervals, contemplation.

First Unitarian Society  Rockland County: 130 Conklin Rd, Pomona, NY- Exit 12 off the Palisades Parkway. If heading north make left off ramp onto Conklin Rd and quick (5 seconds) right into the Society driveway. Go around back and use rear entrance. If heading south make left off Exit 12 ramp onto route 45. go to first traffic light and make right into Conklin Rd. Make quick (5 seconds) left into driveway and go to rear entrance.

Gail Walsh Home: 510 Mountainview Ave., Valley Cottage, NY. 10989.  Exit 12 (Nyack Exit) off the Thruway – 287/87.  If coming from north, make a sharp left (u-turn) at the traffic light at the bottom of the exit ramp onto Mountainview Ave. Stay on Mountainview up  over the hill about a mile to 510 on your left, circular driveway. Mountainview Ave connects Route 59, Nyack, and Christian Herald Road, Valley Cottage.

Happy Buddha Yoga Studio, 2 N. Church St. Goshen, NY. Take Route 17 North to exit 125 – South Street exit. At the end of the ramp turn left. At the next light turn right onto South Street. You’ll pass a row of big beautiful houses. Turn left at the stop sign onto Church St.  Follow Church St. down to the first light. Happy Buddha is at this intersection.

Ronda Lam DiChiaro’s Studio; 10 Stone Meadow Lane, Mahwah, NJ.  The directions for Ronda’s Studio in her home are as follows: From the Tappan Zee. Take 87 North to exit 14B (Airmont/Suffern). Make a left off ramp and stay on Airmont Road for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 miles. (You will cross over Rte. 59) Make a right onto Stone Meadow Lane.  House is number 10.  Please enter through back gate to studio.
