Class Descriptions
All Levels - Class practice integrates dynamic sequences of asanas (poses) allowing students to have the opportunity to explore posture varations, including backbends, inversions, and Yogic breathing techniques. Vinaysa Flow is a class based on invigorating movement working with the breath to integrate body, mind and spirit together.
Yoga for Kids- Kids will begin to learn to how to connect to their bodies through asanas (poses), gain strength, confidence, awareness and developing overall health.
Pre & Post Natal - A gentle yoga class offering a supportive environment in order to develop flexibility, coordination, concentration and strength. Designed for all stages of pregnancy and post-pregnancy.
Meditation - Explore various ways cultivate breathwork and subtle body awareness allowing the body to calm the mind and soul.
Gental/Restorative -
restful, calming introduction to yoga and Yogic breathing techniques, teaching the fundamental postures, gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses.
Power Yoga - Experiene the fullness of your body, breath and mind with this invigorating class. Designed to strengthen and rejuvenate through powerful practice.
